Made-to-order prints

All prints sold through this site are made to order — each one is produced specifically for you by a specialist fine-art print laboratory after you place your order. For this reason, prints are personalised goods and are generally exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This means I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If your print arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Faulty or defective
  • Incorrect (wrong image, size, or paper to what you ordered)

please contact me within 14 days of delivery at paul@aylin.net, with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • One or two photographs showing the issue

I will arrange a replacement print at no cost to you, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible or you would prefer one.

Packaging damage

Please inspect your order on arrival. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please note this when signing for delivery and photograph it before opening. This helps with any claim to the courier.

Colour and paper appearance

Fine-art prints are produced to a high and consistent standard. However, colours on screen vary between devices and are never an exact match for a printed result — this is the nature of print, not a fault. If you have any concerns about how a print will look before ordering, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
